The timeappears right for a reassessment of information systems strategy, basedon reappraisal of the two domains of corporate strategy and informationsystems. Within this, the primary focus is on information systems, enabledby information technolog

In this Information system age many organizations consider information system as their weapon to compete or gain competitive advantage or give the best services for non profit organizations. Game Information System as combining Information System and game is breakthrough to achieve organizations' performance. The Game Information System will run the Information System with game and how game can be implemented to run the Information System. Game is not only for fun and entertainment, but will be a challenge to combine fun and entertainment with Information System. The Challenge to run the information system with entertainment, deliver the entertainment with information system all at once. Game information system can be implemented in many sectors as like the information system itself but in difference's view. A view of game which people can joy and happy and do their transaction as a fun things.

This article introduces a new class of socio-technical systems, interspecies information systems (IIS) by describing several examples of these systems emerging through the use of commercially available data-driven animal-centered technology. When animal-centered technology, such as pet wearables, cow health monitoring, or even wildlife drones captures animal data and inform humans of actions to take towards animals, interspecies information systems emerge. I discuss the importance of understanding them as information systems rather than isolated technology or technology-mediated interactions, and propose a conceptual model capturing the key components and information flow of a general interspecies information system. I conclude by proposing multiple practical challenges that are faced in the successful design, engineering and use of any interspecies information systems where animal data informs human actions.

In this paper we describe the requirements for research information systems and problems which arise in the development of such system. Here is shown which problems could be solved by using of knowledge markup technologies. Ontology for Research Information System offered. Architecture for collecting research data and providing access to it is described.

In this article are discussed some problems in developing software related to the management of information flows. We presented the basic stages in their development. We bold a methodology for conceptual modeling and design of information systems of this type. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model is an information system for administrative services of graduate students in the university.

Scott's information systems provide a categorically equivalent, intensional description of Scott domains and continuous functions. Following a well established pattern in denotational semantics, we define a linear version of information systems, providing a model of intuitionistic linear logic (a new-Seely category), with a "set-theoretic" interpretation of exponentials that recovers Scott continuous functions via the co-Kleisli construction. From a domain theoretic point of view, linear information systems are equivalent to prime algebraic Scott domains, which in turn generalize prime algebraic lattices, already known to provide a model of classical linear logic.

Four methods for reviewing a body of research literature – narrative review, descriptive review, vote-counting, and meta-analysis – are compared. Meta-analysis as a formalized, systematic review method is discussed in detail in terms of its history, current status, advantages, common analytic methods, and recent developments. Meta-analysis is found to be underutilized in IS. Suggestions on encouraging the use of meta-analysis in IS research and procedures recommended for meta-analysis are also provided.

Integrated information theory (IIT) starts from consciousness itself and identifies a set of properties (axioms) that are true of every conceivable experience. The axioms are translated into a set of postulates about the substrate of consciousness (called a complex), which are then used to formulate a mathematical framework for assessing both the quality and quantity of experience. The explanatory identity proposed by IIT is that an experience is identical to the cause-effect structure unfolded from a maximally irreducible substrate (a $Φ$-structure). In this work we introduce a definition for the integrated information of a system ($\varphi_s$) that is based on the existence, intrinsicality, information, and integration postulates of IIT. We explore how notions of determinism, degeneracy, and fault lines in the connectivity impact system integrated information. We then demonstrate how the proposed measure identifies complexes as systems whose $\varphi_s$ is greater than the $\varphi_s$ of any overlapping candidate systems.

To characterize the complex higher-order interactions among variables within a system, this study introduces a novel framework, termed System Information Decomposition (SID), aimed at decomposing the information entropy of variables into information atoms based on their interrelations. Diverging from the established Partial Information Decomposition (PID) framework, which predominantly concentrates on the directional interactions stemming from an array of source variables to a single target variable, SID adopts a holistic approach, scrutinizing the interactions across all variables within the system. Specifically, we proved all the information atoms are symmetric, which means the disentanglement of unique, redundant, and synergistic information from any specific target variable. Hence, our proposed SID framework can capture the symmetric pairwise and higher-order relationships among variables. This advance positions SID as a promising framework with the potential to foster a deeper understanding of higher-order relationships within complex systems across disciplines.

An inductive logic can be formulated in which the elements are not propositions or probability distributions, but information systems. The logic is complete for information systems with binary hypotheses, i.e., it applies to all such systems. It is not complete for information systems with more than two hypotheses, but applies to a subset of such systems. The logic is inductive in that conclusions are more informative than premises. Inferences using the formalism have a strong justification in terms of the expected value of the derived information system.

The development of the education sector, especially the University at this time in Indonesia became the main focus of the government, the University was driven to become a leading university not only in the national scale but globally. The graduates of the university became an interesting topic to study because there is a gap between the Education and industry as a graduate user. Blockchain technology now is not only for cryptocurrency, but many researches nowadays believe that Blockchain technology can provide more benefits for universities Several studies mention Blockchain Technology can help in preventing fake diplomas certificate, libraries for borrowing books, and student loans. Those researches are still separated into several resources, so it is difficult to consolidate the benefits and challenges of using the Technology blockchain for universities. Therefore, this exploratory research tries to look for open problems, recent trends of the benefits and challenges of blockchain technology research in education sector as well as looking blockchain technology influence on the important elements in universities, such as people, process, and technology. This research will be conducted using a systematic method by reviewing literature from 9 well-known publishers such as (ACM, SAGE, IEEExplore, Taylor and Francis, Science Direct, Wiley, MDPI, AISEL, and Scopus index) to get a complete picture of blockchain technology in university. The study found the benefits and challenges of using Blockchain Technology and 70% of the important factors is on technology, 15% on people and 50% on processes.

This article firstly reviews and summarizes the rapid development of information technology, characterized by the close combination of computer and network communication, which leads to a series of investigations, including the analyses of the important role of a series of technological achievements in the context of information movement and application, the interrelationship between the real-world, information space and information system, and the integrated framework of the real-world and information system, and the modifications and improvements of the Xu's previous mathematical theory on information models, properties and metrics. Based on the mathematical foundations, eleven types of information measure efficacies and their distribution across information systems are put forward, and then the dynamics configurations of information systems are comprehensively analyzed, which constitutes the basic theoretical framework of information systems dynamics with general significance. Finally, Smart Court SoSs (System of Systems) Engineering Project of China are introduced as the exemplified application of the theoretical work, which aims at providing a reference for the analysis, design, development and evaluation of large-scale complex information systems.

Communication of information in complex systems can be considered as major driver of systems evolution. What matters is not the communicated information by itself but rather the meaning that is supplied to the information. However informational exchange in a system of heterogenious agents, which code and decode information with different meaning processing structures, is more complex than simple input-output model. The structural difference of coding and decoding algorithms in a system of three or more groups of agents, entertaining different sets of communication codes, provide a source of additional options which has an impact on system's dynamics. The mechanisms of meaning and information processing can be evaluated analytically ion a model framework. The results show that model predictions acccurately fit empirically observed data in systems of different origions.
