TL;DRExperimental results have determined that trypsin-complexed Fa,M (Fa,M . T) is a great deal more suppressive in the mixed-lymphocyte response (MLR) than Sa,M and that the M+ appear to be somehow rendered nonfunctional after Fa, m treatment, at variance with the premise that suppression might be mediated by the Fa, M cellular receptor.
