Abstract
This paper presents a novel probabilistic logic-based approach to constraint solving, specifically designed for high-dimensional problems. Traditional constraint solving methods often struggle with the exponentially increasing computational complexity of these problems, rendering them unsuitable for many real-world applications. Our approach leverages probabilistic reasoning to dynamically explore a vast solution space, mitigating the limitations of brute-force search and enabling efficient identification of feasible solutions. We introduce a probabilistic logic engine that integrates with a constraint satisfaction framework, enabling the system to assess the likelihood of each state and guide the search towards promising regions of the solution space. The core mechanism focuses on representing and manipulating probabilities to facilitate intelligent exploration. This paper details the architecture, implementation, and experimental results demonstrating the effectiveness of this new method in tackling challenging high-dimensional constraint problems. The results highlight the potential for significant improvements in solution quality and computational efficiency compared to existing techniques.
