Abstract

Dengue virus can cause dengue fever,dengue hemorrhagic fever,and dengue shock syndrome.In recent years,dengue virus infection is posing a great threat to people's health.In order to research and develop safe and effective dengue vaccines,the updated biological characteristics and pathogenesis of dengue virus and research advance of dengue virus vaccines are summarized in this review.
